Description
Delicious fudgy brownies decorated to look like footballs, perfect for game day gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Chocolate frosting
- White icing or frosting for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Beat in flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder until well combined.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool completely, then frost with chocolate frosting.
- Use white icing to draw football laces on top of the brownies.
Notes
Store leftover brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. To freeze, wrap unfrosted brownies in a freezer-safe bag for up to three months.
