Description

A vibrant green smoothie packed with leafy greens and refreshing fruits for a nourishing drink anytime.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 green apple, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • Ice cubes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Rinse the spinach and kale and let excess water drain.
  2. Chop the cucumber and green apple into blender-sized pieces.
  3. Peel and slice the banana into chunks.
  4. Add the coconut water or almond milk to the blender.
  5. Place the spinach and kale into the blender container.
  6. Add the banana, chopped cucumber, and chopped green apple.
  7. Pour in the lemon juice.
  8. Add ice cubes if you want a colder, thicker smoothie.
  9. Blend on high until the mixture becomes smooth and even.
  10. Check texture and add more coconut water or almond milk if needed.
  11. Pour the smoothie into a glass or travel cup.
  12. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

This smoothie can be stored in an airtight container for up to 24 hours. For a thicker smoothie bowl, reduce the liquid slightly.
