- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
- Let the yeast mixture sit for 5 to 10 minutes until foamy.
- Combine flour and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour.
- Mix the ingredients until a rough dough forms.
