Description

Simple and delicious no-bake peanut butter energy bites that are perfect for snacks, breakfasts, or pre-workout fuel.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Combine the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl and stir until smooth.
  2. Add the rolled oats to the bowl and fold them into the wet mixture until evenly incorporated.
  3. Stir in the ground flaxseed and mix until the texture feels evenly distributed.
  4. Fold the chocolate chips into the mixture until you see chips dispersed throughout.
  5. Scoop or roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet or plate.
  6. Refrigerate the tray for at least 30 minutes to allow the bites to firm up.
