Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a large serving dish, spread the refried beans as the first layer.
- Add a layer of sour cream over the beans.
- Spread the guacamole evenly over the sour cream.
- Add a layer of salsa on top of the guacamole.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the salsa layer.
- Add diced tomatoes as the next layer.
- Finally, sprinkle sliced black olives and chopped green onions on top.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
For a spicier version, substitute shredded cheddar with pepper jack cheese. Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days, covering tightly to prevent odors.
