Description

A refreshing strawberry milkshake that captures the essence of summer, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Strawberry for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the fresh strawberries, removing stems and any bruised spots.
  2. Place the strawberries into the blender jar.
  3. Add the vanilla ice cream on top of the strawberries.
  4. Pour the milk into the blender with the ice cream and strawberries.
  5. Sprinkle the sugar over the ingredients if using.
  6. Secure the blender lid and start blending on low, then increase to high.
  7. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy with no large fruit pieces.
  8. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a little more sugar or a splash of milk for a looser consistency.
  9. Pour the milkshake into chilled glasses, filling each nearly to the top.
  10. Spoon a generous swirl of whipped cream on each milkshake.
  11. Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim or floating on the whipped cream.
  12. Serve immediately with a straw and a long spoon for thick shakes.

Notes

For a thicker shake, add less milk or an extra scoop of ice cream. Adjust sweetness as needed.
